I’m writing this as the social with Camp Marimeta is winding down. The girls came over to dance, share some snow-cones and marshmallows and, despite the rain, everyone had a great time. And that’s all our socialising done for the summer.
The Senior age group are massing in the Mess Hall right now to start the Hatchet Hunt, a Senior age group exclusive game. This is definitely one of their favourite games, no matter the weather. It involves a lot of running around in search of the hidden hatchet by way of a series of clues.
I believe the Whites are up in Green and White, btw, although there is a long way to go in that competition yet.
I just blew Taps and all is well, so safely rest.
