“There are ten kinds of people in this world; those who understand binary numbers, and those who don’t”.

Hello everybody

Another day of Green and White, and another day of high drama. We started off with counsellor hunt, one of my favourite events.  The boys had half an hour to find as many people as they could, and I spent the entire half hour watching things play out from the safety of my hiding spot. I was worth 31 points, so I was worth finding, but I managed to remain hidden for another year. Counsellor hunt was quickly followed by the Shoe Scramble, an event that we might not – for various reasons – see again at CM. This afternoon, it was Land and Water events. It was a great day to be in the water by the way, as the mercury pushed 80 degrees. As I write this tonight, I think things are tied up (or the Greens might just be in front). Either way, it is close, with still everything to play for.

Tonight we are doing Mannequin  Madness, a game where a camper acts as a mannequin while others dress him up. Usually there is a theme that underlies the dressing up, and it is also against the clock. It is another opportunity for the boys to show off their creative skills.

Aside from all the sports we play, we have also started Sing practice. The Sing is one of the highlights of Green and White. Both teams have to sing three songs in front of everyone else ( no song-sheets), and that will take place next Monday.

So, there is lots going on and all is well, so safely rest. We will.

Goodnight everybody

As ever…WOODY!
