Today was one of those days when we did normal stuff all day. With Big Ten in the morning and MCAA in the afternoon, this was a classic camp day. The sun shone – quite the norm at the moment – and the temperature was in the low 80s.
We said goodbye to the CITs this morning as they headed out on their trip to Minnesota and the lumberjack show. The Senior cabin are out on the town tonight and the rest of us did the Menominee Sports Challenge this evening. We are trying to find our best shooters, throwers, servers and three pointers, and this is the best way to do it. We make a game of it and there is a prize for those who top each category.
Taps will sound out across the airwaves at 9.50 tonight, and with it the message that all is well, so safely rest.
