‘Believe all the good you can of everyone’.

Today we enjoyed an extended Lazy Day after the late night game. We let everyone sleep until 10.15 and then got into laundry and camper council before our big excursion to Minocqua. This is one of the boys’ favorite days as it allows them an unstructured (but not unsupervised) afternoon to shop and eat at their leisure. At 6.30 we then went to the ski show right there in town. We were worried at one point that the show might be cancelled as the heavens opened and a storm rolled through, but right on cue the bank of cloud took its leave and we took our seats.
It’s now 9.30 and as I write this we are broadcasting Ask the Director (with Steve and the Senior cabin) over the pa system. And that, my friends, will be that. Everyone is pretty tired, but all is well, so please join us in safely resting this evening.
