“Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can do today, because if you do it today, and you like it, you can always do it again tomorrow”.

Hello everybody

Another day at camp, and yet another staff sporting success. Last time out it was basketball, and today, after lunch, it was volleyball. The staff from Camp Kawaga, our long-time sporting rivals from Minocqua, came over after lunch for a little beach volleyball, and what a couple of games we had. The first game was nip and tuck going into the last few points. Our collective nerve held, and with some fine hands, we saw the game out. Game two was not quite as close (we lead 18-11 at one point), and although Kawaga did close the gap somewhat, we stayed true to what we do best and took the series 2-0. The staff had great support from the sidelines, and both that support and the staff did things the right way, which made the victory that much sweeter.

Either side of lunch it was a normal camp day. Big Ten and then Leagues this afternoon, with a big dollop of waterfront. Boy was it hot today.

The boys have just come out of Wasserman Hall after Song Night. This is not too dissimilar to Dance Night, except it’s not a dance they create, but a song. And once again, the boys have demonstrated just how creative they can be.

We head into the weekend with everyone happy, which means that all is well, so safely rest.

Goodnight everybody.

As ever…WOODY!
