“Progress is not created by contented people.”

After a day of high drama on the fields and in the woods, we went into The Sing tonight with the Whites enjoying a slim lead. They had already won Bari’s Biffs, a great game of running and being chased with a sock-full of flour before being beaten by a few points in Capture the Castle this afternoon. So both teams were primed and ready for a great Sing, and they did not disappoint. By a very narrow 3-2 scoreline, it was the Whites who took it, and so go into the Relay tomorrow with a lead that can be overcome by a determined Green team. It’s all coming down to the Relay, so this could not be more exciting.

The weather has remained good, so we are taking full advantage of that. The lake level has dropped a bit as the ‘drought’ continues, although not enough to prevent us from doing anything. Everything is going to plan, and all is well, so safely rest.
